  8. My action research asks if physical activity can reduce the number of discipline referrals. I just collected data on the number of discipline referrals written in the first month of school and the numbers are surprising even for a DAEP campus. We had ninety-four referrals for the time period of August 23 to September 23. Now to institute my voluntary time out (activity) period and see if we can reduce the number of referrals written.
