  6. I see topics for Professional Development involving technology - my wondering is more general and includes building collaboration and morale. Would this be included in PLC's or something else?

Wondering: Staff development - In what ways might a whole group book study contribute to enhanced learning opportunities and increased student achievement, while increasing collaboration and morale of staff?

Accountability and follow-up of staff is extremely important to ensure that teachers are meeting the needs of students and to evaluate the implementation of the ideas presented through professional development.

  13. Sounds like I am not alone - my project on building relationships between an instructional coach and teachers is no where to be found either - it's like we're in the Land of Misfit Toys! Where's Rudolph??? Ha! Ha!

  14. For those of us that do not fall under the other categories, maybe we should network. I am a librarian and my research inquiry is "In what ways can I increase seventh and eighth grade library circulation?"
