  2. You should post under the topic most like yours. We have one for RtI. You should post there and hope to see others who have a similar topic.

My research topic wondering is that conducting job-embedded, ongoing professional development through professional learning communities will be the most effective way to increase student achievement through a collaborative school culture. The professional development topics will include technology applications, test score disaggregation, vertical alignment of curriculum, and implementation of new initiatives and to develop staff leadership.

My full action research plan is posted on my blog:

  5. My action research question is: How can I improve/increase differentiated instruction in the classroom through staff professional development(PLCs)?

A modified version is posted on my blog: http://learnwithallison.blogspot.com/

  6. Data-driven instruction is the key to the educational success of students. But what do educators do with all the data that is collected? Are they analyzing the data in the correct way? Is instruction being adjusted based on the data? Well with the implementation of the new data team in my district “How does the data team impact Professional Learning Communities’ (PLC) of second grade at Best Elementary?” is my action research topic. Teachers will be responsible for leading the PLC's for the first time. As I have attended all the PLC’s for second grade over the last three years, I will be able to analyze the changes based on the new data team.
